Chenxing Development Participates in the Renovation and Transformation of Beigu Nian Village in Taiyuan's Jiancaoping District

On June 5, Chenxing Development signed a project cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, the Yingxin Street Subdistrict Office of Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, and the Residents' Committee of Beigu Nian Community regarding the renovation and redevelopment of Beigu Nian Village.
6 On the 5th of the month, Chenxing Development signed a project cooperation agreement with the People's Government of Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, the Yingxin Street Subdistrict Office of Jiancaoping District, Taiyuan City, and the Residents' Committee of Beigu Nian Community, focusing on the renovation and redevelopment of Beigu Nian Village. As the Beigu Nian urban renewal project progresses steadily, it will undoubtedly enhance the area's residents' sense of happiness and fulfillment, while also contributing to the socio-economic development of northern Taiyuan.
This North Gu Nian Village comprehensive redevelopment site is bordered to the east by Xinhua Factory South Gate Road, to the west by Yangxing River, to the south by the northern section of Yingxin Street’s Second Alley, and to the north by the North Gu Nian Base of State Grid Shanxi Power Supply Engineering Co., Ltd. The site spans nearly 117.05 hectares (including both urban renewal land and contiguous redevelopment areas), and will primarily be developed for residential and commercial purposes, with a small portion allocated for educational use.
