Young people, driven by ideals, responsibility, and a sense of duty, have always been the backbone of societal progress—no matter the era. Twenty-two years ago, Chenxing Development took its first steps in Jinzhong. Over the past two decades, thriving and full of vitality, Chenxing has steadily moved forward, guided by the development philosophy of "Integrity as Our Foundation," achieving remarkable milestones along the way. Behind every step forward lies the unwavering dedication of generations of young employees who continue to uphold the spirit of the May Fourth Movement.
To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the May Fourth Movement, further promote the "May Fourth Spirit" of patriotism, progress, democracy, and science, fully showcase the vibrant and positive image of our company's young employees, foster a healthy and dynamic cultural environment, and enhance communication and camaraderie among staff, on May 5… On [date], the Chenxing Development Youth League Branch organized more than 70 young employees from the company to visit Zuoquan, a historic revolutionary base area, and participated in a mountain-climbing activity at the Taihang Longquan Scenic Area, themed "Unite Youth Power, Together Create Chenxing's Bright Future."

We often say: "Either the body or the soul—or perhaps both—must always be on the move." A great book can nourish our hearts and elevate the depth of our thoughts. Similarly, immersing ourselves in nature, surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, can inspire and uplift our spirits, filling us with boundless energy.
In the morning At 9:30 a.m., the two teams arrived one after another at the scenic area, gathering together. In the morning, attendees were treated to a folk performance of Zuoquan Small Flower Dance and enjoyed captivating Shanxi folk songs like "Qin Ge Dan," immersing themselves in the region's simple and authentic rural culture.
After lunch, the hiking activity began. Throughout the hike, everyone remained energized and enthusiastic, savoring the crisp mountain air while taking in breathtaking views from above. Participants thoroughly enjoyed the thrill of climbing, with each of the four small teams either steadily ascending the steps, chatting happily along the way, or supporting one another as they pressed forward—each group radiating a sense of camaraderie and joy. Of course, each team also had to complete a designated photo-check-in task, which not only highlighted the unique features of the scenic spots but also tested their ability to work together as a team. Over the course of nearly three hours, all employees braved the biting, howling mountain winds and endured fluctuating temperatures that sent shivers down their spines. Despite these unexpected challenges, they persevered and successfully completed the entire trek. Successfully descended the mountain, Complete the assigned task.

This mountain-climbing activity has further deepened the company’s young employees’ understanding of the May Fourth Spirit and strengthened the cohesion of the organization’s youth group.
