Encountering Yunnan, Chenxing Joins Forces to Build a "Healthy Lifestyle Destination"—On November 15, 2018, Chenxing Development, in partnership with Yunnan ChengTou Property Co., Ltd., successfully secured the Lancang River plot in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. This marks Chenxing Development’s first venture into Xishuangbanna and serves as its inaugural project in Yunnan Province. The site spans approximately 133 acres and is strategically located within the Jiangxindao cluster of the Olive Dam Dai Ethnic Water Town Characteristic Town in the Lancang River International Eco-Cultural Tourism Resort. The land is designated for residential use, with a planned building density no higher than 35% and a floor area ratio ranging between 1 and <1.

The Lancang River International Eco-Cultural Tourism Resort Project is one of the first landmark demonstration projects identified by the Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government for transforming and upgrading the tourism and cultural industries. The Olive Dam Dai Ethnic Water Town, a unique tourism-themed town, is one of the sub-projects within the construction of the Lancang River International Eco-Cultural Tourism Resort.
