At 10:00 a.m. on May 31, the company held its 2016 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on the 6th floor of the headquarters office building located on Yingbin West Street. Shareholders and their representatives, along with executive directors, independent non-executive directors, and senior management personnel, attended the meeting. During the session, the company reviewed and approved its annual audited consolidated financial statements and the report from the independent auditor. Additionally, resolutions were passed regarding the distribution of the company’s final dividend for the year, reappointment of retiring directors, and the renewal of the engagement with Ernst & Young as the auditor, among other key agenda items. Representatives from Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, Ernst & Young, and Shinyeon Fangyuan Corporate Services Group Limited also participated in the Annual General Meeting.
