On March 22, 2016, the "Results of the 2016 China Top 500 Real Estate Companies Assessment" were grandly unveiled in Beijing. For eight consecutive years, the China Real Estate Association and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center have conducted this comprehensive assessment, whose findings and research reports have earned widespread recognition within the industry, becoming a key benchmark for evaluating the operational strength and industry standing of real estate development enterprises. During the event, the China Real Estate Association and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center jointly released the "2016 Report on the Assessment of China's Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises," along with the "2016 Ranking of Preferred Supplier Service Brands Among China's Top 500 Real Estate Developers."

The China Real Estate Industry Association and the China Real Estate Appraisal Center have conducted this assessment for eight consecutive years. The assessment results and accompanying research reports have earned widespread recognition within the industry, establishing themselves as a key benchmark for evaluating the operational strength and industry standing of real estate development enterprises.
At the meeting, the China Real Estate Industry Association, in collaboration with the China Real Estate Appraisal Center, jointly released the "2016 Report on the Evaluation of China's Top 500 Real Estate Developers" and the "2016 Report on the Evaluation of Preferred Supplier Service Brands for China's Top 500 Real Estate Developers." Additionally, the two main rankings were unveiled: the 2016 list of China's Top 500 Real Estate Developers and the list of Preferred Supplier Service Brands Chosen by These Top 500 Companies. A series of subsidiary rankings were also introduced, including the Top 10 Real Estate Developers in Overall Strength.
This time, the company ranked 283rd among the Fortune 500, marking its sixth consecutive year on the list since 2011.
