Attending the event were Bai Wukui, President of Chenxing Development; Bai Guohua, Executive Vice President of Chenxing Development; Kim Shin-jong, Head of Samsung’s Central Air Conditioning Business Division (from South Korea); and Chen Ke, General Manager of Samsung Central Air Conditioning in China, along with other key representatives from both companies. They jointly witnessed the successful establishment of a strategic framework partnership for central air conditioning system equipment.
At the outset of the meeting, Mr. Bai Wu Kui warmly welcomed Mr. Kim Shin-jong and his delegation from Samsung, briefly outlining Chenxing's current business status and its strategic direction for the future. He also highlighted that the electronics industry, a major segment of Samsung (China), continues to maintain a leading market share in China, earning widespread recognition from consumers—a fact he expressed deep admiration for. Looking ahead, he firmly believes that through sincere collaboration and a shared commitment to mutual benefit and win-win outcomes, both companies will undoubtedly achieve new milestones and forge an even brighter future together.

Following the event, Jiao Wuli, Deputy General Manager of Chenxing Development Engineering, and Chen Ke, General Manager of Samsung Central Air Conditioning China, officially signed the strategic framework cooperation agreement for central air conditioning system equipment on behalf of both parties. This signing will further leverage each side’s strengths, deepen collaboration across new areas, and jointly elevate their partnership to a higher level of success.
