Recently, Chenxing Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chenxing Development" or "our company") has received complaints and feedback: certain brokerage firms / Individuals, acting in the name of our company or the properties we develop, have fabricated and spread misinformation about price adjustments, engaged in activities like speculative resale of property units, and even allegedly committed fraudulent or criminal acts such as embezzlement and misappropriation of funds—seriously harming the legitimate interests of homebuyers and severely damaging our company's reputable standing.
In light of this, Chenxing Development hereby solemnly declares:
1. Chenxing Development has not authorized any brokerage firms. / The individual is entitled to collect any housing payments directly from buyers, even though these funds have not been deposited into the company’s account. Our company was unaware of this illegal activity, and such brokerage firms… / The individual's unlawful actions are unrelated to Chenxing Development.
2. If homebuyers encounter real estate agencies / If you encounter the situations mentioned above, we recommend immediately reporting them to our company and also filing a report with public security authorities and other relevant departments, so you can promptly safeguard your legitimate rights and interests and avoid falling victim to scams.
