Chenxing Secures Plot JZGT2018T63

On the afternoon of October 12, Chenxing successfully bid CNY 4.05 million per mu for Plot No. JZGT2018T63, securing the land with a total price of CNY 21.01 million. Located on the west side of Jinlun South Road and south of Xinji Street in Yuci District, Jinzhong City, Shanxi Province, the plot covers an area of 3,460.67 square meters. It is designated for commercial use, with planned development parameters including a floor area ratio no higher than 5, a building density not exceeding 40%, and a green space ratio of at least 25%.

On October 10, 2018, the headquarters successfully held an open bidding session for the Yijun project agency company in Yingkou. The total land area of the project up for bid was approximately 300,000㎡, with a total construction area of about 780,000㎡. Five companies participated in the bidding process, including Taiyuan Hechuang Xingye, Beijing Delixing, Taiyuan Shilian Zhuoyue, Shanxi Shiji Langrun, and Beijing Dongfang Lituo. Each bidding firm presented its company qualifications, project marketing strategies, and product recommendations in the form of PPT presentations. Attendees at the meeting included Bi Ximin and Deng Chao from the headquarters' Yingkou office, as well as Bai Miao, Wang Zihao, and Guo Lina from the Development Zone Development Company. Li Wei from the Taiyuan Branch also joined the event and served as a member of the evaluation committee.
